Can you overhaul my existing dry gas seals? +
Yes. We strip, inspect, relap faces, replace secondary seals and springs, reassemble, and static-test. If faces are damaged beyond lapping, we replace them.
Do you supply barrier gas panels? +
Yes — from simple filter-regulator sets to fully instrumented panels with flow measurement, heating, and dual-block-and-bleed isolation.
What seal face pattern do you recommend? +
Spiral groove for unidirectional compressors, bi-directional groove for variable-speed drives or compressors that may reverse. We'll recommend based on your application.
How do I monitor seal health? +
We install primary and secondary leakage measurement with trending capability. Rising primary leakage gives you weeks of warning before a required intervention.
